It’s our first time to book here and I love how it feels like home here at Robinsons Go Hotel. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating specially on the front desk named Jaikah. I love how she communicates and assist me and my husband in every way and attend to our requests. Thank you so much and will definitely comeback soon. 💕

Great location and adjacent to Robinsons Mall. The check-in process was fast and easy. Staff were super helpful. Lobby is very spacious and the Jenga blocks is a plus! Rooms was nice, clean, and spacious. Working cable TV and there's also a complimentary toothbrush and paste. There's also free drinking water which you don't usually see on most hotels on the same price range. We had a very comfortable stay and will definitely book here again!

The location is very convenient as it's located just beside the mall and there's a lot of commuting options to choose from, from a taxi to a jeep, and even a motorcycle or habalhabal driver. In terms of their rooms, it was spacious and clean and they had your basic amenities like a shower gel, towels, and extra toothbrushes. If you're thristy though, you'd have to get out the room and walk down to the hallway to get water from the water dispenser. And in terms of the complimentary breakfast, you'd have to go down to Max's restaurant to avail it as they do not have a dining area Overall, it's a good hotel.

Situated right next to Robinson's Mall in the northern area of Illigan, the hotel is well air conditioned and sanitary. The mall closes at 9pm so you can get a quiet night sleep after this. You'll hear the music and jingles being played on speakers throughout the car park and mall until this time, but it's not overbearing. My only issue was the cleaning chemicals they used didn't agree with my nostrils. Otherwise the service was fantastic and you have a porter to help with heavy luggage if needed
